Amansanu is being introduced as a secluded Hill Country retreat shaped by rolling hills, winding creeks, sculpted canyons, limestone escarpments, and residences set into private acreage. The architecture and experience may be global in ambition, but the construction realities are intensely local. Amansanu will be built in a market we have operated in for years. The Texas Hill Country is not a forgiving environment for builders unfamiliar with it. Texas A&M Construction Science. Thirteen years as a superintendent for one of Texas’s largest general contractors, delivering high-rises, luxury finish-outs, multi-family developments, office buildings, and the 175,000 sq ft Yeti World Headquarters completed start to finish in seven months. Founded Goliath in 2018.

Ryan Bucklin

Texas A&M, Class of 2007. More than 20 years of construction experience spanning commercial and residential work, with deep roots in the Texas Hill Country and a reputation for precision, accountability, and quality.

Dillon Beck

Texas A&M Construction Science, Class of 2020. Commercial construction background before transitioning into luxury residential in 2021. Founded Goliath Luxury Designs, oversees design services and client experience, and leads business development and project management.

Architectural Designer

Chris Watkins

Master of Architecture, University of Idaho. Bachelor of Construction Management, BYU-Idaho. Dual design and construction background across luxury residential markets in Arizona, Idaho, and Texas, currently completing final steps toward architecture licensure.
